I am very happy to say that my action research plan won the approval of my administrator. She did not ask me to make any revisions. I am sure though that as I begin working through my plan I will make revisions. Thank you for all the comments! Week 5 here we come!!
I went ahead and sent a summary of what I hope to learn, how I will collect the data and how often I will report to my site mentor, to my site mentor just to remind him of what I will be doing. I want to eliminate any surprises that might pop up before I begin collecting data. I'm glad this is working for you and you are all set, Julie!

You might already be familiar with this book, but one that might be useful when it comes to doing a literature review is "Teaching With Poverty in Mind" by Eric Jensen. Good luck!
